Hello, Mixed Curlers:
The warm weather this fall resulted in the Mixed Division having a slow start. Regardless, we only missed playing 4 games. This weekend the first schedule was completed. Congratulations to the winners:

Section A: Scott McPherson's team of Susan MacDonald, Neil Fyfe and Cathie Anderson
Section B: Peter Mitchell's team of Helen Mitchell, Andrew Chan and Michelle Sautner
Section C: Lynn Brown's team of Colleen Quinn, Ross Bailey and Bruce Linkletter
Section D: Don Boynton's team of Carol Wolfe, Ray Leroux and Anne Leroux
Section E: Brian Millar's team of Charles Giliberto, Natalie Giliberto and Kim Murray.

The second schedule starts on Friday November 23rd and runs until Friday, January 11. Of course it will be a very busy time for everyone over the Christmas season. No doubt some curlers will need to get a spare once in a while. Please be diligent at doing so. During the first schedule there were very few "3 man teams". Thanks to everyone for getting a spare. It makes a big difference!

Next week the Nuts and Bolts Bonspiel will be held. Good luck to everyone who has signed up.

And, speaking of bonspiels, this year's Potluck Bonspiel was a great success. Thanks to Doug & Carol Wolfe for hosting the event. The winners were: Dwayne Vincent (S), Cathy Gostlin (V), Anne Leroux (2nd) and Lou Brault (L).

In second place Norm Craven's team of Gayle Coleman, Carl Scott and Bev Symons TIED Sum Tang's team of Jim Lawton, Elizabeth Griswold and Cathy White.
